What we do

We sell professional hair and beauty products online. The same products your salon uses, without booking an appointment to get them.

We ship to Australia, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Prices are set in Australian dollars and shown in your currency, and the figure on the page is the figure you are charged. Standard delivery is free over $99.

The range is deep on purpose. Full brand lines, not a curated handful of hero products. If a brand makes four shampoos for four different hair types, we list all four, in every size they package, so you can buy the one that actually suits you.

Genuine salon stock, and what that claim actually means

Everything in this catalogue is genuine salon retail stock: the real brand, the real formula, in the sizes the brand actually packages, sealed and in date with the batch code intact. Product names, sizes, ingredient lists and recommended retail prices come straight from the Australian salon trade listing for each item. Nothing here is a lookalike, a decant or a repack.

• Sealed, in date, batch codes intact.
• Salon sizes and retail sizes, at the size the brand actually sells.
• Manufacturer warranty honoured on electrical tools, through the brand service agent in your country.
• If a product is discontinued or on back order we say so on the product page rather than taking the money and going quiet.

What we will not claim is a relationship we have not got. We are a retailer. We are not a brand, we are not the official distributor for any of these labels, and we are not part of an authorised stockist programme. Plenty of shops imply all three. If you want a brand to vouch for us, ask them. And if a product ever arrives and you have any doubt about it, send us the batch code and a photo the same day and we will settle it with a refund rather than an argument.

How we price

Every price on this site starts as an Australian dollar price. Pick your country and the site converts it once, at a rate baked into the build, and that converted figure is what checkout charges. No second conversion, no surprise at the card. Delivery is added if your order is under $99.

When a product shows a struck out price, that higher figure is the recommended retail price the brand publishes. We do not mark a price up first so we can discount it later.

The Australian dollar price includes 10% Australian GST. If you are buying from the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom, your own country may charge you import tax on delivery instead, and that is not in our price. The tax section on the shipping page sets out each country plainly.

• Orders are picked and dispatched on business days.
• Import duties and taxes on an international delivery are charged by your own customs authority and are not included in the price.

We sell to the public at retail prices. We are not a wholesaler and we do not supply trade pricing, salon back bar sizes, or colour lines that a brand restricts to qualified stylists.

If you are a salon looking for a trade account, go direct to the brand distributor. If you are a brand or distributor and you want your range listed here, use the contact form and pick the wholesale option.

What we do not do

• We do not give medical or dermatological advice. Product pages carry the brand copy and the ingredient list, and that is where our expertise stops.
• We do not sell prescription products, scheduled medicines, or anything requiring a pharmacist.
• We do not sell your details to anyone. See the privacy policy.
• We do not ship outside Australia, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
• We do not pre pay import duty for you, and we do not pretend it will not happen.
